The Gel Questionnaire is the questionnaire that we send you to figure out the flow of the day and the style of music you would like for your big day! It isn’t required that you fill it all out by our first meeting but just scanning through the sections will give you an idea of the kind of information we are looking to gather to make your wedding personalized and extra special for you and your guests.

Try to fill it with as much information as you can. The more we know the better we can personalize the playlists and music for your wedding day to ensure that you and your guests have a night you won’t ever forget!
